Event Info
Show car tickets to the event are £25 (this covers the car and driver), and its £15 per passenger. We are also pleased to offer 500 spectator tickets at just £15 per person which gets you up close and personal with the show cars and allows you to capture the moment with your own photos and video. Please note we expect tickets to sell out fast and work on a first come, first served basis. There will be a specific area at the event for all spectator cars to park and our Marshals will be on hand to help direct you on the day.
CLUB STANDS
We are also offering club stand spaces at this year’s open season event. In order to book in a club stand, you will need to email us on billy@viarsocial.com and you will then be given a unique reference code to book on (Subject to approval).
Club Stands will be limited, so put your enquiries forward ASAP to avoid any disappointments. Please note that there must be a minimum of 5 cars to book a club stand at this show.
TRADERS
Are you looking to show off your products at one of the most hotly anticipated club events in 2023? We are expecting over 1000 people who appreciate and enjoy all that the tuning scene has to offer, so if you are interested in pitching up and showing us what you can offer to further enhance and improve these incredible machines, please do get in touch. There will be a specific area at the event for all traders to park and display their goods. Trade stands will be £200 per stand and if you would like more details please do get in touch:

THE VENUE
Easter Compton Farm Shop & Cafe in Bristol is well located just off the M5. With a wealth of smooth tarmac and hangers to showcase the Show ‘n’ Shine cars, this venue offers safe and hassle-free access to all. Expect to see some amazing graffiti art that will make the perfect backdrop for photos and some tasty food and drinks for all the Family to enjoy. Not forgetting our amazing resident Club DJ Rezzii who will no doubt provide a killer soundtrack to keep the party vibe going throughout the day.

Note: Gates will be open from 8am to Traders, Club Stands, and Show & Shine applicants, as everyone will need to be set up by 10:30am as the show is open to public from 11am. For those who are traveling from a far distance, you are welcome to set up at the venue (from 5-8pm) the evening before the show day.
